Shipping and Return Policy

Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is 5-7 business days. But usually, we are doing everything possible to send your order ASAP. Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday which does not include weekends. Saturday and Sunday are not counted as part of shipping days. Also we want you to know that sending or preparing and shipping (delivery) are 2 different processes. And each has its own term.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return Policy

We hope you absolutely love every single keepsake we send you. But sometimes life happens and plans change, we get it.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUND:

​

We accept returns and exchanges on items that are not personalized, not custom-made, and not on clearance within 10 days of your receipt of the package. Items must be in new condition and original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs plus any shipping costs required to send an item for exchange.

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 10 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a full refund based upon the original payment method after deducting shipping charges. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: a) Damaged products b) Customised Products c) Products bought during special sales ( Christmas, New year, etc.)

Refunds are processed to the original form of payment within 3-5 working days after receipt of the product.
