The websites is a platform that facilitates the online sale and purchase of merchandise and services (“Services”) offered by third party vendors and service providers (“Vendor/s”). Title to the merchandise (“Products”) will pass directly from the Vendors to you.

This website offers visitors creative wooden décor and kids learning products. When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

Return and refund policy

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 10 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: a) Damaged products b) Customised Products c) Products bought during special sales ( Christmas, New year, etc.)

Refunds are processed to the original form of payment within 3-5 working days after receipt of the product.

Right to change offering

We may, without prior notice, change the Services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

Warranties & Responsibility for services and products

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for the shipment of repaired or replaced products to the customer and the customer will be responsible for the return shipment of the product to us.

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of U Wood Love It. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

Product Information

In case you receive a damaged product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team on +91 80762 26353 (10AM-7PM) or write to us at info@uwoodloveit.com will be assessed and a solution will be offered. The product may be replaced or another corrective measure may be taken to address the issue.

In case the product is out of stock; our Customer Service Team will get in touch with you and a refund request will be raised. For paid orders, the refund will be processed directly into your debit/credit card or online account. Refunds are processed to the original form of payment within 3-5 working days and the money will reflect on your card or in your bank account within 7 to 21 working days from when the refund request was raised. For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, there will be no refund given as no payment was received by us.

We do not provide any other installation services for products available on the portal. We provide clear written instructions for self-installation of each product (Wherever applicable).

U Wood Love It has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of its products that appear on the website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. U Wood Love It reserves the right but is not obligated, to limit the sales of its products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. U Wood Love It may exercise this right on a case-to-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that it offers. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at U Wood Love It's sole discretion. U Wood Love It does not warrant that the quality of any product, service, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights, and logos

You recognize and agree that by uploading any content (including, but not limited to designs, images, fonts, artworks, interfaces, text, and literary works) through any means to the website, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content.
